Efeito da formulação e da dose de bioestimulantes foliares sobre o desenvolvimento e a qualidade dos frutos de maracujá-doce (Passiflora ligularis Juss.)

Resumo

Os bioestimulantes vegetais constituem uma alternativa promissora para melhorar a eficiência produtiva e a qualidade dos frutos; entretanto, ainda são escassas as informações sobre sua aplicação no maracujá-doce (Passiflora ligularis Juss.). Este estudo teve como objetivo avaliar os efeitos da formulação e da dose de dois bioestimulantes foliares sobre o desenvolvimento e a qualidade dos frutos do maracujá-doce em condições andinas. Crop+Plus e Kelan Complex foram avaliados nas concentrações de 0,0; 1,0; 1,5 e 2,0 mL·L⁻¹, utilizando-se um delineamento em blocos completos casualizados, em esquema de parcelas subdivididas. Em cada unidade experimental, foram selecionados dez frutos, cujos diâmetros polar e equatorial foram medidos aos 0, 24 e 50 dias após a primeira aplicação. Na colheita, determinaram-se o conteúdo de sólidos solúveis totais, o peso individual dos frutos e a produtividade estimada com base no peso. Crop+Plus promoveu maior expansão polar e equatorial que Kelan Complex, com efeitos significativos da formulação, do tempo de avaliação e da interação entre ambos. Aos 50 dias, Crop+Plus a 2,0 mL·L⁻¹ apresentou os maiores diâmetros polar e equatorial, de 7,70 e 7,43 cm, respectivamente. Os sólidos solúveis totais foram influenciados pela formulação e pela dose, enquanto a massa dos frutos foi afetada principalmente pela dose. Os melhores resultados foram obtidos com Crop+Plus a 2,0 mL·L⁻¹: 20,90 °Brix, massa média de 120,0 g e produtividade estimada de 6.720 kg·ha⁻¹. Conclui-se que Crop+Plus apresentou os efeitos mais consistentes, sendo 2,0 mL·L⁻¹ a concentração mais promissora no intervalo avaliado.
